How do I return an item?

1. Complete the form below with your details including your email address and order number.
2. State the product(s) you wish to return from your order.
3. Await our response advising of next steps to return your item and the Returns Authorisation Number.

When will I receive my Refund/Reimbursement?

We will make the reimbursement without undue delay and not later than:

1. 14 days after the day we receive back from you any goods supplied.
2. Or, 14 days after the day you provide evidence that you have returned the goods.

We will make your reimbursement to the original payment method.

Will you refund my postage costs to return an item?

We will refund postage costs to return an item where an item needs to be returned due to an error on our part. For example, if we sent you the wrong item or it was damaged/faulty.

We will not refund postage costs to return items which are unwanted by yourself. These postage costs will need to be covered by you.

We will not refund postage costs to return an item due to finding no reported damage/fault after we have examined/tested the said item.
