HerbWorks UK Returns Policy

If you’re looking to return your order for whatever reason, HerbWorks UK is here to help!

We offer free returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for a refund to the original payment method.


Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

  • Returned items must be returned unopened (seals must be unbroken) and in original packaging.
  • Returned items must be in pristine condition and have no visible signs of wear or use.

How do I return an item?

  1. Complete the form below with your details including your email address and order number.
  2. State the product(s) you wish to return from your order.
  3. Await our response advising of next steps to return your item and the Returns Authorisation Number.

When will I receive my Refund/Reimbursement?

We will make the reimbursement without undue delay and not later than:

  1. 14 days after the day we receive back from you any goods supplied.
  2. Or, 14 days after the day you provide evidence that you have returned the goods.

We will make your reimbursement to the original payment method.

Will you refund my postage costs to return an item?

We will refund postage costs to return an item where an item needs to be returned due to an error on our part. For example, if we sent you the wrong item or it was damaged/faulty.

We will not refund postage costs to return items which you are unwanted by yourself. These postage costs will need to be covered by you.

We will not refund postage costs to return an item due to finding no reported damage/fault after we have tested the said item.
